As a key component of New Zealand’s largest health infrastructure project, the New Dunedin Hospital Outpatient Building sets new standards for healthcare design. Our façade engineering team worked alongside the project partners to translate the architectural vision into a robust, buildable solution. The façade combines high-performance glazing, integrated sun-shading, and carefully detailed cladding systems to balance transparency, daylight, and thermal comfort. This ensures that waiting and consultation spaces benefit from natural light while minimising glare, solar gain, and energy demand.
